How do I enroll my student who isn’t registered to my courses?

You can add your student who isn’t registered to your course by following the steps below.

1. Click on the relevant course under "my courses".
2. Click on the "participants" link on the left
3. Click on the "enroll users" button on the page that opens
4. Type the name of the user you want to add in the "Select user" field from the form and select the role as "auditing student" from "Assign role".
5. Click the "enroll selected user and cohorts" button.

Note: If you need to add someone who is not an official student, just to follow your course, you can add him/her as a "Auditing Student". When you add with the "Student" role, the student will be removed from the course due to the synchronization between SUCourse and the Information System.
